Abstract

Achieving Performance Excellence in Engineering Education becomes essential now-a-days so as to focus on the customers and other stakeholders. Some of the challenging tasks like global recognition for the curriculum, performance improvement, research projects and bridging the gap between academia and industry can be addressed effectively, if integrated Quality Model can be adopted and practiced by the Institute. The model proposed in this paper enables the Institute to outperform excellence in education and sustain in the competitive environment.
