Abstract

Education is expected to initiate, adapt and respond to changes in the societal context. The more rapid and more radical the changes, greater are the adaptive demands on education. With the policy of liberalization in our economy, we have decided to enter the global market and our industry is called upon to face stiff competition from the industrially advanced countries like Japan, Korea, U.S.A., U.K., Germany etc.
