Abstract

Technological developments are taking place at a very fast rate in the world. India is also not averse to it. Indian industries are adopting new technicques & technology to compete with the time. The state has come when industries are far ahead of technical institutions in the country. To reduce this gap and to provide well-trained and need based technicans, the technical institutes have to gear up themselves to face the challanges ahead.
