Abstract

Ours is overwhelmingly a technological society and the one in which the rate of technological changes continues to increase dramatically. The engineering profession of today not only calls for working at the new frontiers of knowledge, but also demands one to be a creative person, able to innovate-and use knowledge developed by others.
