Minimising Staff Burnout

The concept of burnout originated in the writings of the psychologist Freudenberger. He first coined the term burnout to characterize a malady experienced by human service professionals who appear to wear out or reach a stage where they are no longer able to perform their tasks effectively and sometimes even to care about their clients.Downloads
