With the change as the only permanent feature of the economic & social scenario, all profit & non- profit organizations have corne to realise that the conventional bureaucratic, hirearchical structures & management no longer can sustain the onslaught of forces of change. In designing the conventional management system, the basic assumption is that the wisdom lies only at the top of the hierarchy, while the people down the line in the organization are merely followers.Downloads
