Abstract : Educational systems around the world are continually changing and reforming, affecting the educational performance of PG students. The impact of Emotional Intelligence on educational achievement among Post Graduate Management and Engineering students is investigated in this study. This study fills a vacuum in the literature by looking into emotional intelligence's effects on post-graduate students' academic performance. The material for this study was gathered using a questionnaire that elicited details on the individuals' educational outcomes as well as their degree of cognition.
