Abstract

This paper was originally presented at the 25th Annual Convention of the Indian Society for Technical Educators on Saturday, December 3D, 1995, at Nagpur, Maharashtra. It dose not give a complete picture of the holistic approach to institutional development which is an important feature of the CIICP model.
