Abstract

Technology Transfer (IT) has become a major phenomenon in global economy. It is being considered as key to industrial competitiveness. Technology generation, dissemination, patenting, licensing from Higher Technical Education Institutes to industry, especially small and medium scale enterprise are some of the current issues before the nations.
