Countries and Institutions are grappling with the challenges faced by Higher Education. By knowing what others are doing in this respect, perhaps lessons can be drawn and implementable Action Plans developed. In this paper, the author, who was sponsored by British Council to participate in a Workshop on a related theme in U.K., cites British examples for reflection and possible implementation in India.Downloads
