Abstract

Education system has undergone dramatic and far reaching changes. Huge increase in students number of more diverse and demanding student groups, on-pouring new technologies etc. , have increased the pressure and complexity of academic work, creating a need for more strategic approaches to teaching and learn ing and improved human resource development to help both the teachers and learners to cope with the new learning environments.
