Abstract

World is having different cultures such as African culture, European Culture, Arab culture and Indian culture. Each culture has special characteristics, which distinguishes it from other. These characteristic have been established during their existence for a long time and effect the working and behaviour and individual, groups and organisations. Indian culture is more than 5000 years in existence.
