Abstract
The diploma°ree engineering educational system is the important component of the total educational system. To-day's society is techno-social in nature&even this system is dynamic in nature. To build up&maintain this system requires qualitatively educated&trained people who can proactively act to maintain quality of technical education. The policy-makers&designers of the Engineering Education System must attend to the main question of improving quality of education. The only way to maintain such quality is to professionalise the education personnel i.e. there must be a professional instructional designers, curriculum designers, institutional designers&state level educational systems designers.
